FREE THINKING:
EXPLORE THE REALMS OF KNOWLEDGE

QUANTUM LEAP

Since the Enlightenment Science has been central to the understanding of the world, whether this is Chemistry, Biology or Physics. Anything that cannot be empirically verified by experiments or observations is unlikely to be true.

However, even Albert Einstein the great mathematician and scientist once said, “The distinction between the past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”

The definition of an illusion is:-  ‘something that deceives by producing a false or misleading impression of reality. the state or condition of being deceived; misapprehension’.

So even this great academic acknowledged that there were some matters beyond current science.

Since Einstein’s death, his theory of relativity has been questioned and although not disproved has been drastically changed. He had never believed that his theory of relativity could be surpassed by quantum physics, but we now know this is possible since discovering and now imaging black holes.

The James-Web telescope since its launch and deployment in July 2022 led to many new discoveries. One significant observation is that perfectly formed galaxies came quickly after the Big Bang, which has caused astrophysicists to reassess their understanding of the cosmos.

Some have suggested an entirely new method of understanding needs to be sought to explain what is being discovered.

Sir Roger Penrose is perhaps the most renowned mathematician, mathematical physicist, and philosopher of science alive today. Penrose theorizes that at the universe's end, matter condenses into black holes, which evaporate into photons. These photons, lacking time and space perception, render a universe akin to both infinitely large and small, equating Big Bang singularity with universal expansion.

If this is true and there is a great deal of support for this idea, we are still far short of explaining consciousness and questions like why the universe came into existence. Does this still allow for a creator??
